 COMPETITIVE TEAM

Our goal is to create a program that is well respected in the ninja community. Our hope for our athletes is to be the best they can be in life and in the sport of ninja. We know that with the support of the ninja, parents, coaches and staff, this dream can be a reality. Being part of the Ninja Logic family is about working together towards a common goal: accomplishing your dreams, growing and learning through the sport of ninja and having fun!

Our competitive team builds upon our ninja classes and is perfect to take skills to the next level. We focus on building obstacle skills, strategies, techniques, as well as the body awareness, strength and discipline needed to succeed in the incredibly demanding sport of ninja. Ninja requires tremendous strength and endurance, so in addition to obstacles, we also incorporate a significant amount of high intensity interval training along with strength and conditioning. We emphasize training for competitions to various regional ninja competitions throughout the North East.

Our team goals include:

  • Treating team members and coaches with respect and supporting everyone’s efforts

  • Fostering a team environment that includes team-building games and exercises to encourage camaraderie and friendship.

  • Learning advanced obstacle skills and techniques

  • Building strength and endurance needed to be successful

  • Developing strategies for speed and efficiency on timed course runs

  • Learning the competitive format and rules of the World Ninja League

  • Strongly encourage participation at competitions in our area and events hosted by Ninja Logic

Mission and vision

We want to provide a fun approach to teaching ninja and physical fitness and offer best in class customer service and training programs.

  • To empower our ninja athletes to be confident and positive role models.

  • To create a culture where our team of coaches will constantly inspire their athletes

  • To continually evaluate the quality of our lessons and customer service in order to become a best in class

Philosophy

The Ninja Logic team is meant to give every athlete an opportunity to make positive progress not only in ninja but in life. When properly taught, ninja athletics teaches self-esteem, self-motivation, self-discipline, dedication, determination, work ethic, time management, teamwork, team spirit, leadership, sportsmanship, respect for danger, respect for others, poise and grace.

Competition is part of our daily lives. We are committed to fostering the spirit of competition among our young athletes. Ninjas must always remember to be respectful of teammates as well as coaches and portray good sportsmanship in practice and competition by playing fair, learning how to deal with failure, and winning graciously.  Success is not measured by the trophies on the wall, but by the gifts received on the path to personal fulfillment.

Summer 2019, our Ninja Team began.

We are affiliated with the World Ninja League - https://worldninjaleague.org/. Team Ninja Logic is for aspiring ninja warriors ages 6 yrs - 40+ yrs. We host WNL competitions and compete in WNL qualifying competitions in the North East Division of WNL.  We're actively recruiting athletes with a strong work ethic, team spirit, and positive attitude, who engage and persist in and out of the gym. Our team's competitive goal is to take redemption of all obstacles! Tryouts are held throughout the season.

Goals of the Team
1    Develop your craft of better skills and techniques on single obstacles by breaking each down and learning why certain body positions work better than others.
2    Get stronger with engaging and persisting practices to build the muscle and memory necessary to take on some of the most difficult obstacles for your age group.
3    Improve your envisioning of strategy for tackling multiple obstacles in a single course run.
4    Compete! We will put all of these together in real competitions, where your skills
