Classes are set up to learn techniques and progressions of obstacles, have an enjoyable time and burn calories. Students will develop strength and endurance with our classes while also setting goals and building relationships with other students! This is an introductory course of basic techniques for obstacles in the gym. An emphasis will be on training safely and using progressions to unlock new skills. Skill development in strength, agility, balance, and confidence through movement. We will build strength through functional movement and exercise, all while developing ninja skills in our facility. These classes require no previous experience or fitness level. This is designed for all new participants and beginner ninjas.

Scheduled: Extreme Ninja Pass holders (*15 minutes of open gym after class)

intermediatelevel 2
Session 3 7:30 - 8:20 pm​
[Ages Approx. 8-14]

This is an intermediate course. We will work to refine the basic movements learned from our beginner course and begin to combine multiple obstacles. Students attending this course should have attended our Beginner/ Level 1 course or show evidence of rules of the gym and be able to successfully complete the necessary prerequisite skills. Our instructor will evaluate and communicate with you for this level.

6 weeks in length, 1 class per week; Class size capped at 10 children/ parent; 30 minute class-length is tied to age/ attention; Children will engage in movement exercises, climbing obstacles, games, and balancing/gross motor development.

Children will engage in movement exercises, climbing obstacles, games, balancing/gross-fine motor development/ skills and upper body/ generating movement. Children must be coachable (able to listen and follow instruction)
